Looking for Nominations to join our School Advisory Board -- Deadline to apply is August 15th.
As has been shared, we are looking to expand our School Advisory Board (SAB) membership. We are looking for individuals who are interested in being part of this important board to help to make our great school even greater.  

Here is the form to nominate someone that you think will be a great fit for our St. Hubert SAB.  You may want to consider nominating yourself!!  Think about who might "fit the bill" and be looking for those nomination forms in the next week or so.  Thanks in advance for helping us put together a great group to help our great school!

SEPTEMBER LUNCHES:  Ordering is due no later than August 15th--NO EXCEPTIONS!  September Lunch Menu  If there are questions, please email Patty Ridge, our FSP representative, at [email protected]. 

TUITION INFORMATION: Tuition payments started July 1 and July 15th for the new school year.  Please remember all payments need to be up to date by August 16th.  
A $40 late fee is assessed if your payment is made after the 1st or 15th of the month.  Contact information for Smart/Blackbaud Tuition Management is 888-868-8828.  If you have questions and cannot reach them, please contact Noranette Swick at [email protected].

DENNIS UNIFORM:  Please visit their website at https://www.dennisuniform.com/ to order uniform supplies. Our School Code is GMSHS.  Click on our school name and it will bring up the clothing items we use.  

• ALL girls wear WHITE polo shirts with our logo in Kindergarten - 8th Grade  
• Boys in Kindergarten to 5th grade will wear BLUE polo shirts. 
• Boys in Jr. High (6th-8th) will wear WHITE polo shirts.  

SUPPLY LISTS:  They are now available on the school website! There are 3 separate lists: preschool, kindergarten and grades 1-8.

HEALTH FORMS: Summer is a great time to make doctor appointments to satisfy the necessary State of Illinois requirements for submitting health documents to the school. The following are needed for students entering:

• Physical (Health Exam):  Preschool, Kindergarten & 6th Grade (Due by Aug 16th)
• Eye Exam:  Kindergarten (Due by September 1st)
• Dental Exam: Kindergarten, 2nd Grade & 6th Grade 
• Sports Physical: For ALL St. Hubert athletes

SCHOOL OFFICE HOURS:  The office will be open from 9am to Noon until Monday, Aug 15th. Beginning Tues., Aug 16th hours will resume 7am to 3pm. You may always email us at [email protected].
