Picture Day is Tomorrow!- Thursday, September 23rd 

Picture day information went home with your student last week.  Please note this is a prepay site and ordering will be closed at 8:00 am the day after Picture Day to process the orders. If you missed prepaying you will have a chance to order pictures with your child's Ticket Code. When placing an order after Picture Day with a Ticket Code and a shipping fee will be added on and picture packages will be shipped directly to the home. Ticket Codes will be delivered with the bulk picture package order approximately three weeks post Picture Day.  Please see flyer for picture day form. 

 

Track-a-Thon "Knight Runners" Thank You!

Chipotle Family Food Night Tonight Wednesday, September 22nd 4pm-8pm

Join us for a family food night tonight to support St. Hubert School!  33% of proceeds are going back to St. Hubert when showing our flyer or mentioning our name! See that attached flyer for additional information and location.

 

Halloween Walk Chairpersons Needed!

We are looking forward to hosting our annual tradition of Halloween Walk on Saturday, October 23rd from 5:30pm-7pm. A little different this year is we will do the trick-or-treating on the outside instead of the inside.  Candy will be passed out from the fire doors of our students classrooms (rain or shine)!  We will have a Halloween Party under a tent in our center lot weather permitting that will include: Pizza, drinks, desserts, DJ and dancing!

We have many parents who signed up to volunteer for this event, but are looking for 2 chairpersons to oversee: Volunteer coordination, separating candy, ordering pizzas and drinks, and scheduling a tent and dj. 4th-8th St. Hubert Boys and Girls Basketball

Winter sports registration opens today September 22nd and will run through Thursday, September 30th.  The registration is open and available for 4th-8th grade students for both girls and boys basketball. If you would like to register your student for girls or boys basketball, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the St Hubert School website.

2. Click on Student Life and select the athletics tab.

3. Click on the blue box for winter sports registration.

4. Fill in all required fields, submit your registration, and then you will have to select if you are registering for boys or girls basketball.

5. Pay your $110.00 basketball fee.

6. To pay your fee, click on "pay online" and add your $110.00 fee by following the directions.

7. If you need to pay by check, please make checks payable to St. Hubert School and turn them into the school office to the attention of Mr. Guzzo.

When registration closes, be on the lookout for communication about your student's team.

All students also need a sports physical completed by a physician before he or she can practice.  Please turn these into the school office to the attention of Mr. Guzzo as soon as you get that completed.  A blank copy of the sports physical can be printed off the school website for your convenience.  If your student participated in a fall sport this year, their sports physical is still good for the winter and will remain on file.  If you have already turned in a sports physical earlier in the school year, that is also still on file and will be good for the winter season.

 

Winter Sports Coaches

If you are interested in coaching one of the winter sports at St. Hubert please note you will need to be fully vaccinated by October 31st, 2021.

• Please make sure you send a note anytime your student will not take their normal way home or will be picked up by someone else. 
• Please return your Student Data Form if you haven't already.
• This is a reminder to families with students 12 years and older.  If your child has received 2 doses of the Covid vaccine, please provide us a copy of the vaccination card when they are fully vaccinated.  Thanks so much for your cooperation with this.
• Please make sure all students have an adult standing outside door 38 for pick-up.  No students should be walking to the car unattended.
• Due to supply issues the daily lunch may be changed without notice.  Please see the attached from FSP
• Please return your free and reduced lunch form if you have not already.
