Sat., Sept. 17th Track-a-Thon -- Begins after 4:30pm Mass
Wed., Sept. 21st Parent Drive-Day for Pickup ONLY in the afternoon
Sat., Sept. 24th Track-a-Thon Rain Date

FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE--important information:
Is your child going to be absent for any reason?- Please call the office at 847-885-7702 BEFORE 7:30am.
- The office will need a written note with the name of WHO will be picking up and on WHAT day.
- Please send the note with your child to be turned in to the office.
- This procedure is in place to ensure the safety of all children.
- If the child will NOT be riding the bus home on any given day, we will need a written note stating this; otherwise the child will be sent home on the bus.

Track-a-Thon: Mark your calendars for Sat., Sept 17th after 4:30pm Mass! Sponsorship and T-shirt design information will be coming home soon!
Health Forms: Summer is a great time to make doctor appointments to satisfy the necessary State of Illinois requirements for submitting health documents to the school. The following are needed for students entering:- Physical (Health Exam): Preschool, Kindergarten & 6th Grade (Due by Aug 16th)
- Eye Exam: Kindergarten (Due by September 1st)
- Dental Exam: Kindergarten, 2nd Grade & 6th Grade
- Sports Physical: For ALL St. Hubert athletes
