Continue to Share the Good News About St. Hubert School:
As the summer weeks go on we continue to be busy reaching out to others in the parish and surrounding community letting them know why we love our Catholic school so much and that we would love to have them share their children with us and become a part of the St. Hubert Family.
We are so very grateful to all of you and to our amazing students and staff for a job well done during this past school year despite the challenges.  St. Hubert School did not only continue the faith based learning that it always has but our students excelled in so many ways during this past year.  

There is so much to be proud of and so many great things to share with others who are considering a Catholic education at St. Hubert School.  We look to all of you to continue to be our Ambassadors and share with all the people you know the many things that make a St. Hubert School’s faith based education, the very best option to choose when looking for a school.  Don’t forget that if you recommend a family that registers at St. Hubert’s you will get a $250 tuition credit.  We look to you, our current families, to share the good news about what is here and continues to be here as we enter the 2022-2023 school year!

Help Needed for Hoffman Estates 4th of July Parade: We have the wonderful opportunity to participate in the annual parade on Saturday July 2nd and are looking for students, parents and families to walk in the parade and share the good news about St. Hubert School! Please consider helping us out. You only have to show up, as candy treats to hand out will be provided. FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE:  
Summer Office Hours:  The office will be open from 9am to Noon Mondays - Thursdays.  The office will be closed the week of July 4th. You may always email us at [email protected].

Supply Lists:  They are now available on the school website! There are 3 separate lists: preschool, kindergarten and grades 1-8.

Health Forms: Summer is a great time to make doctor appointments to satisfy the necessary State of Illinois requirements for submitting health documents to the school. The following are required for those students entering the following grades:

• Physical (Health Exam): Preschool, Kindergarten & 6th Grade (Must be on file in the school office by the first day of school -- August 17th)
• Eye Exam: Kindergarten (Due by September 1st)
• Dental Exam: Kindergarten, 2nd Grade & 6th Grade 
• Sports Physical: For ALL St. Hubert athletes

Summer Uniform Shopping:  We will continue to use Dennis Uniform as our uniform provider for next school year and will share any sales they have over the summer. You may review our uniform items on the Dennis Uniform website https://www.dennisuniform.com/.

ST. HUBERT ATHLETICS:  Registration for 5th-8th grade Girls Volleyball and 5th-8th grade co-ed cross country is now open and will close on Monday, July 25th.
To register, please go to our website sthubertschool.org. 

• Click on the "student life" tab and then "athletics". 
• The fall sports registration button will take you right to the online registration form.
• Be sure to select cross country or girls volleyball at the end of the form. 
• Payment amounts are listed on the registration screen and can be paid online. 
• When clicking on the "pay online" button, please make a one-time payment to St. Hubert School Athletics Registration Account.

If you prefer to pay by check, please send the check, made payable to St. Hubert Athletics, to the school office at 255 Flagstaff Ln. Hoffman Estates, 60169 attention Mr. Guzzo or drop off your payment to the school office Mondays-Thursdays between 9am and Noon. The office will be closed the entire week of July 4th. 

ALL 2022-23 athletes will need a new sports physical form on file with the school before an athlete can practice and play in games. Sports physicals from last year will NOT be accepted.  Sports physical forms can be printed from the athletics page on the school website or your doctor will have copies available.  Be mindful that sports physicals and health physicals are NOT the same form.  6th graders only will need both a sports physical and a health physical. Please submit ALL physicals to the school office.  

SUMMER CAMP:
Musical Theater Summer Camp:  This camp is offered by our music teacher, Ms. Cooper from July 11th to July 22nd at St. Hubert School from 9am - 3pm for ages 6-14. For more information about this camp, please refer to the attached flyer.
