To be on the student council, a student must have good grades and act as a positive role model to peers. Students develop strong leadership skills when they are given the ability to voice their thoughts and ideas to those in authority.

Join the Chess Scholars and learn the game of chess. You will learn the basic to the advanced moves as you play against your fellow classmates and win special chess pieces to keep as mementos of your development.

Students learn to design, build, and program robots using their school computers. Using a creative educational approach that supports Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), this class is led by Chasewood Learning’s teacher led instruction followed by fun, engaging and dynamic activities.

Students will learn culinary skills, nutrition and cultural awareness. Going beyond cooking, students will practice their executive function skills, social-emotional learning, math skills, problem-solving and increase their vocabulary.
A school chorus is available to students in grades fourth through eight.
