A Huge Thank You:  We would like to say a huge thank you to the members of the PSAB for all of their wonderful work this past school year.  A special thank you to the Board Secretary Theresa Brodnan and to our President Lea DeLosSantos and Vice President Sam Spencer.

Heartbreaking News from Texas
As you are likely aware, there was a tragic and deadly shooting yesterday, May 24, at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. We are deeply saddened by this heartbreaking news. WHAT'S NEW & EXCITING:
St. Hubert Artists! -- We have student artwork on display at the Village of Hoffman Estates' Art Gallery until May 31st. 

FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE:  
FIELD DAY INFORMATION:  On Wed., June 1st, PreK through 7th grade will be enjoying our St. Hubert tradition of FIELD DAY!  Students will be enjoying games outside.  ALL students are asked to: 

• Wear the Track-a-Thon t-shirts they received in September
• Apply sunscreen at home as the activities are outside 
• Bring a water bottle with their name on it
• Rain date will be Thurs., June 2nd. 

IMPORTANT -- TECHNOLOGY & CURRICULUM RETURNS:  All technology and curriculum items are being collected this week. This includes iPads, chargers, Logitech crayons, textbooks and any other materials that are being borrowed. Items must be original, school-issued pieces. If something is missing or broken, notices are being sent home with your child. Please return missing items or submit payment as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, June 1. All report cards, diplomas and transcripts will be held until items are returned or paid for. We appreciate your help with this. 

Popsicles with the Principal:  Preschool and Kindergarten families -- please join us for Popsicles with the Principal on Wed., June 15th from 11am-12pm.  Invite your friends and neighbors for this fun and free event!  See attached flyer for additional details.

Referral Bonus:  Want to lower your tuition by $250?  Do you know a family that would love to join our St. Hubert School Community?  All you need to do is invite the family to contact the office to set up a tour!  If the family enrolls (which includes paying the registration fee), you will receive the $250 reduction in your tuition balance. 

NEWS FROM OUR PSAB (Parent School Advisory Board):
Buona Food Day, Thurs., May 26th:  NO regular hot lunches will be offered this day.  If Buona food is not ordered, please send in a sack lunch for your child on this day. 

Menchie's, Thurs., June 2nd:  Please refer to the attached flyer for more information. 20% of your purchase will be donated to St. Hubert School!  A paper copy will be sent home next week.

Musical Theater Summer Camp:  This camp is offered by our music teacher, Ms. Cooper from July 11th to July 22nd at St. Hubert School from 9am - 3pm for ages 6-14. For more information about this camp, please refer to the attached flyer.

GAYLE PHOTIKARM'S 13th ANNUAL MEMORIAL BLOOD DRIVE:
Gayle was a former teacher here at St. Hubert.  She received multiple transfusions during her battle with cancer.  In memoriam, the Knights of Columbus Council #6964 of Hoffman-Schaumburg will sponsor the blood drive on Sun., June 5th from 8am to 2pm here at St. Hubert Church.  For more information on how to give, please see the attached flyer.
